Terms of Use

You must only use the field if you have booked a time slot. Only users with a booking are allowed on the field, no extra dogs or guests without prior approval will be admitted. 

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside the dog field. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in the car park, from leaving your car to entering the dog field. 

Dogs must be under control at all times, whether on or off lead. 

There is a maximum of 2 dogs per booking to ensure a safe environment. 

All dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations, including Kennel Cough. Proof of vaccinations may be requested. 

Please wait in your car until the previous booking has left.

Please ensure you leave the field promptly so the next booking can have access to their time slot. 

Please note your time slot does include getting dogs into and out of the car. 

You must take home all rubbish, bins provided for dog waste only. 

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and disposing of waste in designated bins.

A bin is provided in each field to dispose of dog waste. 

No toys or balls that could be harmful to other dogs should be used. No toys should be left in the field.

Any toys left after your visit will be disposed of. 

Please do not allow dogs to damage the fence or ground around the fence, any damage must be reported to the facility owners. 

Please note there are no toilets at FETCH 52 Fields. Our customers can use the toilets provided at THE HUT. 

You are only allowed access to the dog field and parking area during your booked timeslot. Please do not leave your car before or after your session. There is no walking or driving access around the fishery at any time. 

Do not disturb surrounding animals and wildlife or damage plants. Keep noise levels to a minimum and respect the environment.

Please respect the nature of the site as a natural area and fishery. 

Please adhere to the speed limit when travelling to and from the dog field. 

CCTV is operating on site at all times. 

You may amend your booking up to 24 hours prior to your allotted time slot. No amendments to bookings can be made after this time.

Please be considerate of other members of FETCH 52, Birch House Fishing Lakes and HUT 52. 

Children must be supervised and accompanied by an adult.
